The data centre of the GWDG is closed from 14.04.2017 to 17.04.2017.

In urgent cases please contact our support staff at support@gwdg.de. Each message is put into our ticket system which will be checked on all days from 14.04.2017 to 17.04.2017.

Currently the File Service of the GWDG is down. We are working intensely on the rectification. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Update #1: The manufacturer is on it. At that time, a necessary Filesystem check is running. The current disruption is estimated for about an hour.

Update #2: The disruption in the domain of the “Vorklinik” (preclinical domain) is fixed.

Requests to the support of the GWDG can now be created directly on the website. A new support portlet provides a simple four step dialog to create a new ticket in GWDG´s support system. Requests that are created with this portlet are easier to work with for the support, as they are enriched with speficic information gathered from questions.

The one-day course “Programming with CUDA - An Introduction” was added to GWDG´s course program 2017 in the short term. It will take place on 03.05.2017 in GWDG´s course room. Further information can be found in GWDG´s course program.

GWDG offers a new training course with the beginning of the 2017 training year.
