Important Update - 1st Proud and Strong in Computing Conference to be held as a Online Workshop Event on June 24th, 2024

The GWDG, together with the TU Dresden, is hosting the first Proud and Strong in Computing Conference in Göttingen on June 24th. The event focuses on raising awareness for the (missing) diversity in scientific computing and cognate disciplines and networking.

The 1st Proud and Strong in Computing Conference (PSCC) Organizing Committee has made the decision to transform the conference into a workshop event. This change will enable us to create a more engaging and productive experience for all participants.

The new schedule for the PSCC Workshop on June 24th, 2024, is as follows:

Venue: Online

In this workshop format, we will still cover the topics and objectives discussed in the conference, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes the advancement of women in computing. We look forward to sharing new ideas with you and fostering meaningful connections.
